ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
At RADOSS, all orders are processed immediately to ensure timely dispatch.
If the product is on pre-booking products are clearly marked on the product page along with the dispatch timeline.
Claims such as “I did not notice that this was a pre-booking product” will not be considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
In such cases, refunds to the original payment method will not be provided.
If approved, only store credit will be issued, valid for 6 months.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately moved into processing.
Refund Policy
• We do not provide refunds to the original mode of payment under any circumstances.
• No cash refunds / bank refunds / UPI refunds are offered.
Store Credit (If Applicable)
• In rare cases where cancellation is approved, the amount will be issued only as store credit.
• Store credit will be valid for 6 months and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
• Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Exceptions
• Orders that are already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Customized, made-to-order, or sale items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this cancellation and refund policy.

Exchange Policy
At Radoss, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every order undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
Exchange Eligibility
• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or replacement with a different product (domestic orders only).
• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
Not Eligible for Exchange
• Color difference due to screen resolution or lighting
• Fabric, material, or quality preferences
• Sale items or products purchased using coupons/discount codes
• Customized or discounted products
Exchange Process
• Email your exchange request to care.radoss@gmail.com
• A ₹200 exchange processing fee (per product) is applicable.
• Customers must ship the product back via a reputed courier. Radoss is not liable for transit loss or damage.
• Exchange will be dispatched within 7–10 working days after quality approval.
Additional Terms
• Only one exchange per order is allowed.
• If the requested size/product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
• Store credit is valid for 90 days and is non-refundable & non-transferable.
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
